Terms of Service
Last updated June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EBOO website and the recruitment, staffing, and advisory services we provide (together, the "Services"). "EBOO", "we", "us", and "our" refer to EBOO. By using our website, requesting a consultation, or engaging us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
This page is a general template provided for transparency and is not legal advice. Your formal engagement with EBOO is governed by the separate written services agreement you sign with us, which prevails over these Terms in the event of any conflict.
1. Who we are and what we do
EBOO connects US companies with vetted remote professionals. Our Services may include talent acquisition, executive search, temporary staffing, HR consulting, and related training. We recruit, vet, and help manage talent on your behalf; we are not the employer of record unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent. By using the Services you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms.
3. Consultations and no guarantee
Booking a free consultation creates no obligation on either side and is not a binding offer of services or employment. Any estimates, savings figures, or timelines shown on this site (including the savings calculator) are illustrative only and do not constitute a quote or a promise of results. Hiring outcomes depend on factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee that any particular candidate, role, or result will be achieved.
4. Engagements and fees
Paid engagements begin only when you and EBOO sign a written services agreement that sets out scope, fees, payment terms, replacement guarantees, and any other commercial terms. Those terms — not this website — define our fees and obligations to each other.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful, discriminatory, or fraudulent purpose; submit false information or impersonate another person or company; attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the site; or misuse candidate or personal information you receive through us.
6. Intellectual property
The EBOO name, logo, website, content, and materials are owned by EBOO or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from them without our written permission, except for your own internal evaluation of our Services.
7. Third-party links and services
Our site may link to or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Services and website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EBOO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Services or website. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fees you paid to EBOO for the engagement giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold EBOO harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
11. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services you consent to that processing.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and your continued use of the Services after that constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to EBOO's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The specific governing law and venue for a paid engagement are set out in your signed services agreement.
